Recently the FDA has officially opened up the 90-day comment period regarding flavors and vapor products in order to reduce tobacco especially among youth.

As FDA said, “ The troubling reality is that e-cigarettes are the most commonly used tobacco product among middle and high school students, and flavors are identified as one of the top three reasons for use.” They want child to stay away from tobacco products, including cigarettes. Some rules need to addressed to protect the health of youth. FDA still recognized that certain flavors may help currently addicted adult smokers switch to potentially less harmful forms of nicotine-containing tobacco products.

It is true that flavors will do both good and harm. Vaping can bring a more healthier life than tobacco products. There is also a variety of vapor products on the market to keep people away from smoking.
